Malcolms foundational vision for rQBIOAI Labs is understanding reality and the underlying architecture of our universe starting from a non-classical scientific systems architecture. Malcolm's methodology identifies the necessary conditions for a phenomenon to exist and then breaks outdated boundaries and limitations in science recognising structural identity not analogy and validating through exhaustive first-principles falsification rather than confirmation.
Malcolms mantra is
"Start with everything that you know is wrong.... and then don't look at the wall.....look through it."
Malcolms intellectual and spiritual journey ingrained in him exactly why there is a critical need for guided empirical and accurate research and conversations into what AI is today and its rapid evolution into an essential part of the way we lead our lives, and the ethics, safety, and accountability emerging with AGI and human-machine co-consciousness.
Malcolm grounds himself in a multidisciplinary methodology grounded in theoretical quantum physics, advanced mathematics, energy systems engineering, computational neuro-linguistics, microcellular neuroscience, synthetic Intelligence engineering, and the emergent field of advanced AI neuro-psychopathology and synthetic intelligence behavioural safety.

Prior to founding rQBIOAI™, Malcolm Ramsay-St Claire held C-suite and high level leadership roles across global venture capital, private equity, philanthropic ventures, military and law enforcement, building high-performance teams across global institutions over more than three decades. That operational depth now sits in service of one of the most structurally ambitious deep-technology programmes in existence.
Malcolm Ramsay-St Claire is neurodivergent HF Savant AuADD (2e), Dyslexia and credits his neurodivergence and sustained pattern-recognition capacity with his R&D breakthroughs and the discovery of a novel and deeper branch of quantum energy physics, advanced mathematics, and quantum neuroscience. He enjoys skydiving, training MMA, BJJ, Judo, Kendo, Thai Boxing and Sayoc Kali. You will find Malcom on the Polo field, or Kayaking , and IPSIC Training.
