Michael Spearman brings a mission-driven background in operational security, risk management, and global executive protection to the NeuroQBioAI team.

He began his career as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he was entrusted with safeguarding visiting dignitaries and securing critical weapons stockpiles and communications infrastructure. He later spent 13 years in law enforcement with the El Cerrito Police Department in California, serving first as a police officer and then as a detective. His investigative work included complex cases involving organized and gang-related criminal activity, requiring disciplined intelligence analysis and coordinated response strategies.

Transitioning into the private sector, Mr. Spearman founded and led Archangel Solutions for over 15 years, designing and executing high-level security operations for major events and international concert tours. During his final four years with Archangel, he also directed West Coast operations for FAM International, strengthening corporate security frameworks and executive protection programs across the region.

Since 2018, Mr. Spearman has served as Global Director of Executive Protection at Oracle Corporation in Redwood Shores, California. In this role, he oversees global executive security strategy, integrating proactive risk assessment, site intelligence, and rapid response coordination across international environments.
